Record Details
Expand records to see all fields, history, and activity in one place.
Expanding a record
Click any record row in the grid (or any card in Kanban) to open the record detail panel. This shows all fields for that record in a focused, form-like layout.
The detail panel lets you:
•See and edit every field value
•View fields that are hidden in the current grid view
•Access the record's revision history
•Read and add comments
You can also open record details by pressing Enter on a selected row in the grid.
Editing fields
In the record detail panel, each field is displayed with its full editor. This is especially useful for:
•Long text fields — More room to write than the inline grid cell
•Link fields — Search and select linked records with the autocomplete picker
•Attachments — Upload and preview files
•Multi-select — See all selected options clearly
Changes save automatically as you edit.
Revision history
Every change to a record is tracked. Click the history icon in the record detail to see:
•Who made each change
•When it was made
•What changed (old value → new value)
Revisions are immutable — they form a complete audit trail that can't be altered or deleted.
Revision history is available for all records, regardless of your plan tier.
